Alexis Rigas is a self-taught artist with twenty-four years of experience on the music scene, operating in modern-folk repertoire, accompanying his voice with guitar and percussion. He has performed at a variety of venues and events — from private parties, corporate events, christenings and weddings to music stages and well-known venues such as Rumours, Otto, Dieci, Noir, Delouback and Lyra. Key milestones in his career include collaborations with Aristos Moschovakis at “Bouzoukia Leoforos”, with Panos Souglis at “Terma Kalogera”, as well as this year’s appearance at “Archondoloi”. For two years he was the resident artist for hospitality on the cruise ship Salamis Filoxenia. His discography comprises six original songs; he has also participated in song contests and is involved in music composition.
